Careers FAQs

Are your roles remote?

Many of our roles are remote because we serve clients nationwide. Each opening lists its location, hours and any time-zone requirements.

Do I need a CPA or EA credential to apply?

Not for every role. Associate, bookkeeping, payroll and coordinator roles focus on skills and experience. Reviewer and representation roles typically require a CPA, EA or equivalent experience.

Do you hire seasonal staff?

Yes, we often add seasonal tax preparers and reviewers ahead of the filing season. Seasonal openings are posted as they become available.

What does the hiring process look like?

An application review, an introductory call, a practical skills exercise relevant to the role and a final interview with the team you'd join.

Which software should I know?

Experience with professional tax software and QuickBooks Online or Xero is helpful. We train on our specific tools and processes.

I don't see a matching opening. Can I still apply?

Yes. Send a general application and we will contact you when a suitable role opens.
